Service Plans: Fuller International proudly offers an array of Service Plans – bespoke levels of service, individually tailored to the needs of our Clients. Service Plan options include: Bronze, Silver or Gold.

Fees: Our fees are based on a percentage of the Candidates estimated first years’ total remuneration package including bonuses. Alternatively, a fixed fee is also availed. The maximum billable fee is equivalent to 30% of the Candidates estimated first years’ total remuneration package including bonuses.
Exclusive: Our services are offered on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis.
Advertising and Media: Advertising and media preparation is pre-approved by the Client. Fuller International boasts a dedicated and inventive advertising and media team, committed to excellence. They meticulously craft and deliver exceptional, pre-approved recruitment campaigns ensuring no detail is overlooked. Engineered to attract top-tier talent by leveraging global job boards and professional networks.
Relocation and Travel: Candidate relocation and travel-related expenses are the responsibility of the Client.
Additional Services: A Psychological Appraisal or Skills Test is available upon request for an additional fee.
Candidate Referrals: Should a Client refer a Candidate (who is introduced to the Client by Fuller International) to a 3rd party, then the Client shall be responsible for a recruitment fee if the 3rd party hires the Candidate within 24 months. Furthermore, should a Fuller International Candidate NOT be recruited by the Client yet provide 3rd party Candidate/s to the Client, then the Client shall be responsible for a recruitment fee if the Client hires the 3rd party Candidate/s within 24 months.
