The following demonstrates how a 90 days guarantee would be applied should the candidate leave the employment of the client for any reason what-so-ever:
Fees are non-refundable but credited to the client account and available for use within 365 days from the date of issue. Guarantees are conditional and activated upon settlement of our recruitment invoice as follows:
Within 10 days of formal acceptance by the candidate or within 10 days of commencement by the candidate. Whichever occurs first.
